The SDT 205 is a professional tool for automotive pipeline leak detection. Diagnostic Leak Detectors can quickly locate hard-to-find leaks in any sealed system using a visual smoke system, such as EVAP systems, air intake systems, exhaust systems, air and water leaks, pressurized air coolers, turbochargers, pipes, fittings, hoses and many other components. 
 
LARGE AMOUNT OF SMOKE
The AUTOOL SDT205 has its own air pump, so it does not have to rely on other air machines. Connect the detector with DC 12V battery, it can output lots of smoke within 30 seconds after turning on.		OVERHEAT & ANTI-FROST PROTECTION

When the temperature of the device exceeds 75°C, power protection will be intelligently activated to turn it off.

With pressure gauge
With the help of a built-in pressure gauge and an external flue gas flow switch, customers can easily and accurately check the flue gas flow pressure to avoid damage to the automotive piping system due to excessive flue gas pressure.

Independent Switch Control Design

Air mode: independent control of the built-in air pump (used to detect leaks),

Smoke mode: independent control of the smoke generator (used to locate leaks)

Advanced Technology
It works on the EVAP system. (Provided with another version that specially designed for EVAP system). Equipped with dual flow meters for accurate data display & Independently controlled Air mode and Smoke mode.
 
How to do a leakage test?
1.Fill 10ml baby oil into the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover.
2.Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector.
3.Connect detector with DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work
In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use a headlamp if necessary.
