When appropriate, we use more than enough bubble wrap to protect your item. If it’s more appropriate to use packing peanuts, we’ll do that. Your item’s safety is high priority

If it’s a record (7”, 10”, or 12”), it’ll be in a 3-mil bag (nice and thick) and packed in a record specific NEW/UNUSED box and backing board for extra protection

If it’s media (VHS cassettes, DVDs, CDs, Blu-Ray, Records) we use USPS Media Mail with Free tracking. If you'd like USPS Priority Mail, please let me know as soon as you purchase the listing and do NOT pay for it until I send an invoice reflecting the accurate price for USPS priority mail

We turn everything around in 1 day. If you order before 1:00 p.m. during the week, we’ll get it out same day. All things ordered AFTER 1 p.m. on Friday and all-day Saturday and all-day Sunday will go out on Monday

OF COURSE, I combine shipping – it’s just bad business not to do so. I don’t have a set incremental increase, but I am reasonable and know you work hard for your money and even if you don’t, I’ll save you some green on shipping and handling.

Here’s how we check and ensure quality and consistency

**All Cassettes (audio and video*) will be rewound before they’re shipped to you and all VHS bundles will be sent in a sturdy box

·        I currently have no way to play test Betamax cassettes, nor rewind them

All records are play tested for accurate grading and cleaned before you buy them.  We realize the importance of trust in grading when purchasing records online.  Please know that I'm also a record collector and will treat you the way I'd expect to be treated as if I were the buyer.
