For the below reasons we will  normally refund within 24 hours   As soon as there is evidence of the goods being  posted and in the couriers system supported by a tracking number.  Completed Delivery back to our address is not necessary. We can issue a refund within 24 hours

For the following reasons we do not accept a return without photo evidence and a description of your reason for a return . We would need the order to be delivered back to us for inspection. This would delay your refund and would normally be refunded  in 7-10 days from your initial request.
