These are from a 11" DEEP (usually 13" diameter) Mapex Orion ride tom drums.

Includes the two 2 1/4" (55mm) tension rods + screws

 The screw spacing 7 7/8" (200mm)

Show signs of use like light scratches but overall they look really good.
