OPTICALLY: PERFECT- / PERFECT
there's NO deep scratches, deep 'cleaning marks', cracks or any other serious damages on glasses; there's NO fungus, haze, fog or separations inside optical construction; there are maybe three/four MICRO 'cleaning marks' on glasses / inside optical construction; maybe two/three MICRO marks/spots on external coatings; maybe few pieces of MICRO dust inside optical construction; lens was checked on lens projector and it shows excellent optical performance and gives flat image

MECHANICALLY: EXCELLENT+ / PERFECT-
inside helicoid works smooth, as good as it can work in old Russian lens; aperture ring works smooth and fine; aperture stops to the end without any problems; aperture blades with NO grease on them

VISUALLY: VERY GOOD+ / EXCELLENT-
there are NORMAL signs of use on this part casing, as can be seen on real pictures; casing has scratches and paint missing; casing can have some dirt or dust in some places; lens scales on casing still are in excellent shape, visible; there are NO serious damages on lens casing
