PAYMENT: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, however credit and debit card payments can be made over the telephone, please call 01429 272298 for this service.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 72 hours of delivery. Returns must be made at your own expense within 14 days and returned in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and satisfactory condition of the rug we will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. Faulty goods will of course be handled and replaced at no further cost to you. Please advise of any fault within 48 hours.

*Please note, whilst every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each of our rugs - we cannot accept and responsibility for any colour misrepresentations or misinterpretations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our rug images. You can still return your rug for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.

DELIVERY: All rugs are despatched by courier either the same working day (for orders received before midday) or the next working day.

All deliveries are free to UK mainland. However there will be a charge to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Customers from these areas are welcome to contact us for a very reasonable quote by using the 'ask the seller a question'.
