 Important notes about your order: 

• Whilst all care is taken to maintain the condition of our items, they are often old and rare so brand new quality cannot be assured. Please refer to item photos for condition.
• Trading cards are securely packed in card savers and shipped in bubble mailers.
• Trading cards are shipped untracked as standard, please contact me prior to payment if you would like to upgrade to registered post. 
• All Collectables are securely wrapped, padded and packed before shipping.
  
• Please contact me if you cannot pay within 48 hours of item ending to let me know, otherwise I will take it as a non-payment and relist the item.
• Our executive packers are two very floofy cats. We pride ourselves in the condition and packing of our items, however, sometimes you may get a complimentary cat hair, or two. I am sorry for this, I cannot promise the cats are sorry though :/ 
• Returns accepted within 30 days; return postage paid by the buyer. Items MUST be returned in the condition they were sold in or unfortunately a full refund cannot be issued.
