New - opened box - item was on display at closing HD dealer - has been handled etc - has a few nicks on it which I pointed out in pictures - Its all there excluding wire ties, which I think the dealer used to secure the wires. ALL OF OUR ELECTRONICS ARE MARKED AS BEING SOLD BY US!
