Size 12/L fit me perfectly (5'7", 155#). It is unaltered, has been cleaned, from smoke-free home.  No rips, tears, defects other than there may be some loose tiny beads, but I can't see anything obvious, and there's lots of beads!

A truly beautiful gown. I got lots of compliments on it and it looked great in wedding photos!
