• All turbocharger and cartridge are Brand New(unused) and pass DYNAMIC BALANCE TEST;
• Actual images of itme are shown above;
• NO RETURNS except for reasons below:
• 1.Send wrong model which isn't same as turbo photos listed on our web and can't be used,but if the turbo is only slightly different,and can't affect to be installed on engine condition isn't included;
• 2.Turbo was damaged during shipping process and can't be repaired completely by sending parts from seller;
• 3.Buyer purchase wrong model by mistake;
• 4.Turbo or parts in brand new condition and isn't installed or used by buyer.
• No restocking charge but buyer is responsible for return cost.
• Request to return for other reasons except above need to contact the seller to solve.

• All new turbo or parts should be installed by professional mechanician or under instruction,unprofessional installation may cause turbo or engine damage in short time,and will affect your warranty rights,please pay more attention on this. 

  1.     Warranty period:12 months from receipt date.

  2.     Extent of liability

  We promise to repair or change turbo for broken report below:

  1)     turbine shell scratch;

  2)     oil leak etc. caused by manufacturing faults.

  In this case,we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo to customer for free!!!freight  belong to buyer.!!!

  3.     Exception from liability

  We refuse to be responsible for broken report below:

  1)impeller blade broken for foreign matter entering reason;

  2)shaft break,etc.caused by wrong installation and using reason.

  In this case,we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo (for Charge)according to customer's request.

  4.   Broken report

  Detail broken description and photos are needed to be sent to us to analyze reason and discriminate responsibility.
