Return Policy
We accept all returns made within 30 days after receiving
your items. However, all customers are advised to send us a message on eBay
within 7 days of receiving their items if they wish to return them.
Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn,
unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for
re-sale. All returns are inspected for the above criteria and if these are not
met, items will be returned back to the customer at an additional cost.
Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after
your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different item,
size or color, then additional postage costs may be required.
If your item was dispatched with free postage, then a fixed charge of
#1.99/item will be deducted upon receiving the return for a refund. For
exchanges, you will be required to pay an additional #1.99/item for the exchange
to be sent out.
