  Free delivery applies for CBD/ metropolitan areas only, rural destinations will incur additional charges. Please note that the freight company will deliver to ground level only. If you require a tail lift, or an extra person at the delivery site to assist with moving the machine it will be an additional cost. For safety reasons the freight company will not allow removal of the goods off the truck by persons, a forklift or a tail lift must be used.
  Service Contracts: Service Contracts are available from a minimum of 1 year up to 5 years also includes Parts & Consumables.

  Return Policy.
  The Return Policy does not apply for INTERSTATE sales or deliveries.
  We gladly exchange the goods if purchased by mistake however the goods must not be damaged and or used. If purchased goods are picked up by the customer we will not be reliable for any damages done during its transition from our pick up location to the customer premises. Therefore any request for a refund or exchange will not be accepted if the item was damaged during transit.

  Freight and Handling Time.
  Interstate postage and handling:
  Please allow 2 to 3 days handling time as we need to build a crate and/or package the machine. Also please keep in mind that interstate Freight duration can vary depending on your location. To confirm freight time please contact the seller prior to purchase. We will also provide you with a tracking number allowing you to determine the status of your delivery.
  For purchases delivered to Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle please allow 1 to 2 business days handling time. Delivery date is flexible so secure your purchase and contact the seller to organise a suitable delivery time and date.
