To further ensure a fantastic label printing experience, we sell labels that have been engineered and optimized specifically for each of the color label printers that we sell.
Most products ship the same day if the order is placed by 3:00PM EST. Browse our eBay store or contact us for assistance.

All orders must be paid in full and cleared prior to us shipping the product(s) to you. We accept payments via PayPal. Once your payment clears, we will then prepare and ship your order. Most PayPal transactions clear right away. However, some transactions (such as PayPal eChecks) do take longer to clear.

Returns
We will accept returns on any product that was ordered in error, so long as it has not been opened and/or used. Printers and all consumable items like ink cartridges and labels that have been opened from the original packaging are not refundable. These items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If ordering a label printer, we are happy to provide you with some printed samples of labels so you can see the print quality of the printer before placing an order. This simple step can help you buy with confidence. Please contact us to request printed label samples.

Free Shipping Details and Exclusions

Optimedia Labs offers free shipping on most items listed in our eBay store to the continental United States and Canada.
Exceptions to our free shipping offer are as follows:

1. The ship-to address is located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
2. The ship-to address within USA or Canada is located in an “extended coverage area” defined by the shipping carrier. These areas tend to be islands, remote rural townships, or sparsely populated. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us to inquire about your shipping options and costs.
3. The ship-to address is located outside of the United States or Canada, in which case international shipping will be required. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

International Shipments
Please contact us with your ship to address so that we can provide you with a quote of the shipping cost in advance.
If your order does not qualify for our free shipping offer, you’ll be presented with several choices, allowing you to choose the shipping option that’s best for your needs.

Shipping Carriers

We use and trust the following shipping carriers:

1. UPS for shipments in USA and Canada and many international shipments
2. FedEx for shipments within USA and Canada
3. Canada Post for shipments within Canada and some international shipments
4. USPS for shipments within the USA

Once the order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Same Day Shipping

If your order is placed before 3:00pm EST, we’ll prepare and ship it right away. If it comes in after 3:00pm EST, it will ship the next business day.

Where We Ship

We regularly ship to USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. If you can receive international packages, we can ship to you!

All of the products we sell are brand new products in their original packaging, unless otherwise posted in the listing (sometimes we may sell our demo units at a discounted rate and they would be listed as demo units for sale). We do not sell used or opened box products. This policy ensures that you are receiving a brand-new product that’s fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This same policy requires a strict return policy.

Returns

We accept returns and will provide you with a refund (less shipping costs) under the following conditions:

1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to get a RMA number.
2. The original retail box must be UNOPENED. Please verify that you received the correct item and that your computer or printer meets all required specifications (if applicable) before opening the retail box. Please also inspect the shipping box for signs of damage. If you notice signs of rough handling or damage, we recommend refusing the package and contacting us to send a replacement.
3. You must ship the item back to us with insurance and paying any applicable shipping costs.

We issue refunds in the same form of payment that was originally received. If the product was sent with free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
There are no returns or refunds for any item that has been opened from the original packaging including ink cartridges, labels and printers.

Warranty

All items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact the manufacturer directly.
