Vtg 1800’s Tool Plied Grip PA Dutch Grinder Kettle Lot Hot Metal Working Lot.

Lot of 2 old tools one appears to be a grinder tumbler that works and turn the other looks like a plied gripper for hot things maybe wood work or metal forging , anyone know ? Thanks
