Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Please ensure that the items are returned in the undamaged original packaging with all tags and instruction sheets attached in a resellable condition. NOTE; ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL.

We would recommend a tracked & signed for delivery service as you are responsible for the items until they have been signed for at our office. 

1.      There will be a contribution to the reposting cost from the customer of £2.99. This can be made into our Paypal account.

2.         If you would like a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item and not the cost of the postage we incurred to send you the item.
