This Rare 1923 Hardcover Illustrated Edition is in terrific condition for its age.  This book contains fourteen (14) full-color plates by Maria L. Kirk.  The front and back covers of the book itself are in terrific condition showing minor cover wear.  The binding is a little loose and is square without spine lean and the pages are crisp and clean. Aside from a bookplate attached to the front end paper, there is no writing in this book.
