EUDIALYTE IN PEGMATITE SPHERE KOLA PENINSULA 59 MM 305 G

This listing is for an infrequent combination of Eudialyte with Pegmatite sphere from Kolа Peninsula, Russia.

Eudialyte has a complex chemical formula which contains sodium, calcium, iron, manganese, zirconium and niobium. This is a rare mineral which exhibits a glassy, rich red colour. It is found in a granite mix with Aegirine and Albite in Greenland, Canada and Russia. Recently  small deposits of Eudialyte were discovered in South Africa but the best gem quality Eudialyte still comes from Russia.

The passion, intensity and integrity of eudialyte is unequalled in the red, fushia, magenta ray. It normalises sex hormones, and supports strengthening the immune system to counteract reproductive issues and sexually transmitted diseases. Eudialyte is a personal power stone, and deepens the ability to act appropriately regarding issues of power between people.

The term Pegmatite derives from ancient Greek “adhesion”, “strong bond”. Pegmatite, almost any wholly crystalline igneous rock that is at least in part very coarse grained, the major constituents of which include minerals typically found in ordinary igneous rocks and in which extreme textural variations, especially in grain size, are characteristic.

The local pegmatites are very diverse and attractive in polished form; in fact, this is an accomplished piece of art for a mineral and crystal collector.

This sphere apart from Eudialyte and Pegmatite, also contains black Aegirine and Arfvedsonite, greenish Feldspar and white Albite. The sphere's diameter is 59 mm, weight is 305 g.
