Once the auction is ended, you will receive an invoice from PayPal.  Payment must be received within 3-days with no exception, otherwise we will file a non-bidder form with eBay and re-list the item. If you use BUY-IT-NOW, we expect the payment to be received within 3-Days of auction closing.

Shipping Terms:

We generally ship within 24-48 hours from the receipt of a cleared payment. 

We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation # for delivery of merchandise.  Express Mail or International Shipping is available with additional fees. Shipping cost include handling,insurance and shipping cost

Exchange Policy:

 In case size do not fit properly you can exchange items within 30 days of receive the package.  Please kindly contact us before sending item back in the mail.   Buyer is responsible for shipping charge.

Return Policy 

We know how hard to purchase items online without trying it on. You will have 30-days to return the items if you not satisfy. The items HAVE to be in a resalable condition. We will examine items once we receive. Please contact us within 15 days items is receive to inform us you need return or exchange.  Clothing items must be return in same condition as received.  Items with perfume or smoke smell will not qualify for any refund.  For all return there will be small fee of 10% restocking. Refund is given once items is receive less shipping charge.  Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping charge.
