Some cosmetics doent come full it doesn't mean they are used like cream or perfume it's how the manufacturer put it together. It's nothing I did or its used its like a bag of chips bag doesn't come full. The items i am selling like the cosmetics are new and what you would buy in a store and would come the same way.  If an item as been open and touched I won't accept the return  cause I now can't sell it.
