IBM MST-1 chip 255 1637, early integrated chip from late 1960.

MST stands for Monolithic System Technology and was the first family of integrated circuits with several transistors on a single die. It was used in several IBM computers at the time, for example IBM S/370, S/3, S/7... and more.

Data for the chip can be found on the bitsavers.org website in the document "2-6400-H1_MST-1_Module_Data_Feb1969.pdf"
If you don't know how to find it, just contact me and I'll give you some pointers.

This is a 50 year old chip so I can't guarantee it works. The print varies in quality and since the chips were stored loose in a box there might be some scratches on the aluminium cover.

I use ESD bags and equipment for shipping and handling the components to reduce the risk of damage a working component.

Shipping is by letter. If you want tracking and insurance I can send it as registered letter but it will add $12 to the shipping cost. Just ask for a new invoice in that case.

I only charge what it cost in shipping and I combine shipping whenever possible. If you have any questions on the postage for more than one auction, just ask.

Check my other auctions for more old IBM equipment or collectable CPU:s.

I have an extensive stock of both memory modules, SIMM 30 pin, 72 pin, FPM, EDO, SD-RAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, and CPU:s from 8088 up to modern times. Just ask and I will send you an excel list of what I have.

Any further questions, just ask.
