Although the branding is ThinkPad, this is a universal dock with a DisplayLink chipset. This will work with any system (Windows 7/10, MacOS) with a USB 3.0 port. This dock will work with USB 2.0 ports as well but some features and performance will be limited. Windows should normally install the drivers automatically when this dock is connected, or just search DisplayLink drivers and install for your specific OS.
Note: This dock model does not charge the connected laptop.
