The delivery time is only an aproximation! This not include any couriers and transportation issues, strikes, weather or other problems what is not under our power to manage!

Aproximated delivery time for diferent countries:

- Europe & Thailand between 1 and 4 weeks;

- Worldwide – between 3 and 9 weeks (included Brazil, not Thailand);

- South America – between 6 and 10 weeks(no Brazil)

We have warehouses located in Germany and Lithuania. The products will be shipped from the location where this are available, at the time of the selling.

WE ARE ONLY THE SELLERS, WE NOT OWN THE COURIER COMPANIES!

So, it is not helping to ask each second day, where is the product!

Also, if the tracking number is not provided, this mean it is not available, and the parcel was shipped with normal post (especially for 1-2 eur product).

Not helping to ask for faster delivery. Once the product is shipped, we can not push the courier to go faster! This is not in our power. Is not our company.

It is not helping to tell us what is the date of today, we know exactly the date! And also the couriers, but they have maybe a lot of adresses to stop, especially in hollyday time!

And for the courier doesn't matter if he have to delivery 1 product or 10 products, he have no ideea what is in the parcel! And the delivery time is the same!
