I have been a licensed estate buyer for the last 35 years, having multiple locations, and jewelry stores, and I recently closed shop and retired from the retail end of the business. I have a large collection of Sterling Silver serving pieces as well as object d'art, in Silver.
It is getting harder and harder to still find vintage and antique, beautiful silver items, especially with silver prices being what they are. Too many beautiful things getting torched and melted. Sad!
I was the type of estate buyer who bought anything put in front of me, if I thought the price was fair, so I have a lot of different things.
Around 25 years ago, I bought a house full of junk, and the previous owner was a camera buff, I guess. There was a box of old Kodak parts, and I am beginning to go through them, and sell them, so please bare with me, as I know little to nothing about these things, just what I was able to find on ebay.
This is a sale for, what I think is a regualr film camera Daylight filter, in orange, for a series VIII. There is no size, but the outside measurement is 63.6mm in diameter, including the metal ring, so the whole thing. I really haven't a clue, but it's cool looking and in great condition. It is in great condition, and look almost unused to me.
Silver is higher than it's been in over 5 years, and isn't showing signs of letting up it's climb, in these scary times.
I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
No damage and no repair marks.
I will always combine shipping on purchases of multiple items.
Please note that any item that is altered in any way after purchase, whether buy the buyer or by the seller, it can not be returned under any circumstances. This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way.
