Lionel #352 Icing Station Post-War O Gauge Red White Needs Servicing.

When tested the solenoid hummed but failed to move at 12V. At 18V it would
snap quickly into motion only when the iceman was nudged to about half-way
through his range of travel.

The armature moves freely and the spring still returns the mechanism. The wire
wrapping on the solenoid is a bit irregular, unsure if it has been altered but the
insulation looks original. Long story short, the solenoid may need lubrication or repair.

Base of station has brown paint spots (Photos #10,11,12).

Base at screw hole has been cracked and glued (Photo #10).

Only 1 loose ice block included.

Some paint loss on lettering.

Ice blocks have yellowed slightly.

Please see all photos for detail.
