Item is new, but it has a name written on both interior labels. No rips or holes. Sturdy construction. 

Features: Zip closure with Velcro wind flap. Two front diagonal pockets with Velcro closure. Two shoulder pockets with Velcro closure. Velcro areas for adhering name tags etc. Collar and cuff adjustable with Velcro closure. 

Approximate measurements:

25" - collar to hem

20" - armpit to armpit

23" - length of sleeve from shoulder seam to cuff

21" - width of bottom front hem

Fabric: Machine wash cold, permanent press cycle.
