Warranty:
- Unless otherwise specified, this item comes with a
14-day warranty from the shipment date. You will be responsible for
shipping back to us.
- NO WARRANTY is offered to customers outside of the United
States.
- Equipment is guaranteed to be in condition stated in the description.
General Policy:
- If you are buying electronic items or laptop parts,
ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system. We
assume no responsibility and will not accept returns.
- If the information (Serial#, Configuration#) is not
verified, parts can vary from model to model.
- Return of product, other than defect, are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping Fees and return shipping charges are
non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Defective parts will be exchanged; you are
responsible for shipping charges back to us.
- Prior to return YOU MUST CONTACT US TO GET RMA NUMBER,
which must be visible on return box, otherwise shipping will be
refused at the door.
- We do not provide any installation instructions or manuals.

FedEx or UPS.

- All items are insured when shipped. However, if
your item was damaged during shipping, contact the shipping company
immediately. Do not remove any packing material before inspection.
- No charges for items picked up, not needing
packaging.
- We ship out the item within 1 business day of
receiving the payment.
