Overall condition is good to very good. Everything that came originally in the box is included, except one house. 

You get the rules pamphlet, tokens, deeds, community chest cards, chance cards, dice, money, hotels, motels, board, and box. 

The box is a little rough, but still serviceable and functional.

Fun collectible for any Star Wars fan. Great Christmas present and inexpensive.
