Samsung Galaxy 6 Otterbox Case and Verizon Car Charger, please review the larger version of the photos, there are some numbers on the inside of the otterbox but none seems to be model numbers but not sure. 7131A and QTR com 10 but it fit my old samsung galaxy 6 perfect.  The charger plugs into cig lighter and has a usb port as seen in photo and says compatible with micro USb ports and also has little push button and looks like a light at plug end where it goes into phone. never used that so don't know. I used it once to charge my phone and it worked perfect.
