1. Before using for the first time, clean the stainless steel bowl and blade with clean water and dry them completely. Avoid leaking water into the main body.
2. Install the non-slip rubber pad under the bowl and carefully place the blade on the fixed shaft.
3. Cut the raw materials into pieces and put them in a bowl. Never put whole lemons or large pieces of fat directly into a bowl and stir.
4. Place the main body on the bowl and gently twist to tighten.
