Pallet Deliveries
In the UK your Pallet Delivery are usually next working day service, however this can be extended to two days if pallet company is busy. Delivery is usually between 8.30AM and 5.30PM.
The courier will deliver your part the next working day between 8.30AM - 5.30PM. Please check the condition before signing accepted in good condition.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25.
Before Signing
Please make sure you check the condition of your item before signing. You have around ten minutes to inspect your pallet before signing and accepting it is in good condition. If there is any damage please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery. This is important because the courier will waiver liability once the item has been signed for. If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging please sign for the item as DAMAGED put this by your signature. Please follow these instructions.
