have a Pre-owned & NWOT clothing policy so buyers can be confident they’ll
get clean, stain-free items when they buy on eBay.

& NWOT clothing must be properly cleaned & include a statement that the
item has been properly cleaned
What is MY PLAYFUL ANGEL’S policy?
ALL of our
clothing that are store samples, store
& Catalog returns or pre-owned in any way have been properly cleaned & either
HAND washed or sanitized with hypoallergenic environmentally safe products Per
EBay’s guidelines, unless they are listed as new with tags. Don’t be
fooled and buy from other sellers that do not do this, it is a policy violation. All items
are double checked for quality control (tears, rips, staining & noted as
much as possible in listing, but we are human.) All items are stored in storage
containers once in my possession. Smoke free/pet free controlled temperature
environment. Some wrinkling of the item may occur. All NWOT items stored since
return.
MULTI ITEM DISCOUNT: Add all items to cart, then request
invoice or pay seller for all items at one time. Once items are paid for, I
cannot give any discount. Must have an invoice request to do a discount.
COLOR AND SIZING: We typically will post items with a
few different backgrounds or lighting conditions to allow you to get a true
idea of the color, texture & condition of the item. Should you want to see
more, or have a related question, please contact seller prior to purchase. We
also do our best to provide accurate measurements, but we are human, so note
that measurements
are a close estimate unless new with tags from manufacturer.
SHIPMENT: All items are shipped in
large mailer envelopes & bras/panties/intimate wear/shirts may get wrinkled
in shipping but are removed when washed. Please do not bid or buy if this
is not acceptable to you. Items are generally mailed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY (weekends and holidays are excluded.) Please
be aware that shipping services can be delayed, especially during the holiday
seasons. We thank you in advance for your patience.
CONDITIONS: I ship to your PAYPAL
registered (confirmed) address. Please make sure that this address is correct
prior to paying for your item! Once I deliver the item to the Shipping source,
a tracking number is produced & all responsibility is transferred to the Shipping
Company.
