At all other problems with a game:
Buyer is responsible for ensuring their respective computer meets the games minimum requirements (as listed in the product description) in order to play.
We
are not responsible, if you have technical problems with yourPC/game (e.g. game crashed; game does not start; etc).
Please visit the forums of this game/problem. There are many helpful solutions for many problems. But we
can also help sometimes, if your problem has a known cause.
For all other issues, such as invalid or duplicated keys, we need the help of the buyer when required. Those who refuse to cooperate or are not actively involved in a solution are not entitled to get a new code or even a refund.
My code not working (cannot be activated)
In the event that the key sent does not work, you may be asked to provide appropriate evidence (such as screenshots). So often misunderstandings are cleared up in advance, e.g. typing error, wrong input window, etc.. If your cooperation indicates that it really should not work, you will receive a new license code or, if no longer available, a refund. But as long as codes from the game are in stock, a refund is not provided for and will not be allowed. The buyer of course continues to retain his rights to fulfill the contract of sale, that it includes the working of the code and that it is the purchased game.
