Installation:

  • Before stick them on, please clean the surface first. If your car recently waxed, remove the wax.
  • The most suitable temperature for fitting vinyl is 10-30 °C and the vinyl may be brittle if the temperature is below 10 °C.
  • Please use a hair dryer or professional heat gun if the temperature is below 10 °C and any creases/folds will disappear with heating as well.
  • Use a soft rubber squeegee to smooth out bubbles and wrinkles.
  • After stuck, do not wash the car within 24 hours.

Packing:

  • We pack vinyl in a FLAT BOX if the ordered vinyl has one side within 300mm and this is why the price is cheaper (please contact us to pay extra postage if you would like to receive the vinyl in a roll.). The vinyl will be packaged in a postal tube as a roll if more than 4 sheets is made in the same order.
  • The ordered vinyl will be packaged in a postal tube as a roll when it has both sides over 300mm.
  • Both ways of packing will not damage vinyl and provide the best protection to the vinyl. Please be assure any crease on vinyl will disappear after apply.

Note:

  • Item colour displayed in photos may show slight aberration due to different shooting light and monitor display.
  • We advise purchasing a small sample to avoid disappoint if you are very sensitive with the colour of the vinyl.
  • We do not accept returns on used vinyl as it can only be applied once.

 Sales Policy
When you place a bid, or select to ‘buy it now’, you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If a payment is not received within 7 days, the item maybe relisted at the seller’s sole discretion.

 Shipping Detail
The item(s) will be shipped within 1 working day of placing the order.
We only post to an approved address that is given in the order details. Please make sure that the address is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
We may charge extra postage for tubes with the longest side greater than 600 mm if the address is in Northern Ireland or parts of Scotland.

 Payment Method
We accept PayPal payment and direct bank transfers.
The item(s) will be posted once the payment has cleared.
A non-payment dispute will be opened if the full payment is not received after 14 days of the purchase being made.

 Returns Policy & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Refunds are only available within 5 working days of receiving the goods providing that the items are in the received condition with all the correct packaging. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
We will not replace or refund items that have worn-out through use.
