For your consideration, a charming antique porcelain apothecary jar with hand painted brick red shield and lettering, circa late 19th century Germany. The jar is in overall good condition with mild wear and no major chips or cracks. Some small and/or shallow chips to the rim of the jar and lid and stains to the lid are noted in photos.
