Native to Southeast Asia (particularly Malaysia), Tongkat Ali is a small flowering evergreen tree that has a long history of use as a very popular and effective herbal medicine. It has been used for centuries in various Asian countries like Indonesia and Malaysia for a wide variety of ailments throughout the entire body.

The long and fibrous root is the primary component of the tree that is used for these effects. The root of Tongkat Ali is loaded with various nutrients, antioxidants, and phytochemicals that all work together to provide many of the incredible effects of this herb upon consumption. The primary active constituents are considered to be a group of compounds called quaddinoids. Tongkat Ali also contains various triterpenes, eurycolactones, and glycosaponins.

This tincture is formulated with a 1:5 herb to menstruum ratio using wildcrafted Tongkat Ali Roots grown in Malaysia.
