The Elstar apples ripen in the mild maritime climate in the 'Altes Land' near Hamburg. The fully ripe apples are harvested in August. After washing, the cores are removed from the apples and the apples are sliced. The apple slices are now gently dried, so the ingredients and the taste are preserved.

The apple chips are rich in vitamin C, pectin and potassium. The taste of the apple chips is fruity and pleasantly sweet.

The apple chips are without additives and free of harmful substances. Can be kept for at least 12 months.
