Jewellery

sterilise jewellery regularly.
For sensitive ears and piercings, choose jewelleries
carefully.

constitutes a "surgical stainless steel", product manufacturers and
distributors often apply the term to refer to any grade of corrosion resistant
steel.

Reading Glasses
Please also note that regular eye examinations
by an optometrist are strongly recommended. Contact your optometrist if you
notice any changes in your sight, do not wait for your next scheduled eye
examination. Blur vision can be caused by reading glasses that are either too
weak or too strong. If you have a different prescription in each eye, myopia,
or astigmatism, etc, ready-made glasses may not meet your needs. Custom glasses
from an optometrist are strongly recommended.
