Beautiful piece.  Much nicer in person than the pictures.  The Leroy Neiman 1996 Salute to Mickey Mantle work has been professionally framed and matted in a gold  frame consistent with those used back in the 90s.  It measures 22x28 framed.  Also, separate on the bottom half is the stats sheet. It has stood the test of time and is in wonderful shape.   The framing / matting alone these days would probably be a couple hundred dollars (I am no art expert mind you).   Perfect gift for a Mickey Mantle fan.    It is ready to hang and enjoy.   Thank you as always.
