NOTE: I am not an expert on comic book minting but I know MINT when I see it, just like I can determine a Near Mint, Good, and Poor Condition piece.  I am selling a huge comic book collection for a friend of mine. There are no fakes, no copies, and all appear to be in Near Mint to Mint Condition.  That being said, I ask that if you have any questions, please ask.  I am a collector myself and understand the importance of condition.  I will grade these accordingly.

Mint Condition - Absolutely Flawless.  No marks, no creases, no rounded corners.  Perfect in every way.  

Near Mint Condition - Will have slight imperfections but an overall Excellent Piece!
Example-May have extremely light wear on the rear cover, or some corners may not be sharp but hardly noticeable unless you take a closer look.

Payment: Paypal is the preferred method and I only accept payment from a confirmed Paypal address. 

Shipping: Sold items will only be shipped to the confirmed address from the Buyers Paypal address. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding Holidays). Returns: All items are described as accurately as possible and Come from FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME. No returns accepted unless noted in the Shipping and payment section under Returns.  If item is eligible for return under the return policy on this listing then buyer pays for return shipping cost.  Refunded amount will be for cost of the item less original shipping fees and 10% restocking fee paid once item is received.  Brand New items are not returnable if opened.
