La Laitière (La Laitiere).
Eine Magd, den Blick nach unten gerichtet, mit einem Milchkrug in der Hand,
lehnt mit der anderen Hand an einem Esel. An dem Sattel des Esels ist ein
Zicklein gebunden. Im Vordergrund spielen zwei Kinder mit einem Hund.
Radierung in Kreidemanier (Crayonmanier), in Schwarz und Rot gedruckt,
von Gilles Demarteau (Gilles Demarteau l'Aîné) (1722-1776) nach
Jean-Baptiste Huet (1745-1811) (auch: Huët), Paris, um 1775.

Randeinrisse re. von verso hinterlegt sonst nur leicht angestaubt. Schön.

Excellent impression on laid paper. Cut along the inner bordering line,
with loss of text. Two very small tears to right hand margin restored
from verso, else only minor soiling.
