BIDDER REQUIREMENTS:
-If your feedback score's below 95% email us & wait for permission to bid.
-Ask all questions before bidding.
-We report all auction tamperers, scammers & trouble-makers.
PACKING & SHIPPING COSTS: -Buyer pays all packaging & shipping related charges, including insurance and is responsible for all customs brokerage fees, taxes and any other fees related to this shipment.
-All shipments MUST be insured & declared for their full value. We won't lie on customs documents.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
-Many of the items we sell are big and fragile & have special packing requirements. We pack and ship only 1 day a week and delays can sometimes occur, so expect us to ship your item within 1-2 weeks. If you're in a hurry, please don't buy from us as we don't want to disappoint you.
-If you leave feedback, we expect you to give us a perfect score for shipping time since we make our policies clear in advance.
GENERAL:
-If we ship to a New York address, we are required to collect 8.875% sales tax.
-Due to their age and used electronic nature, all items are sold as is. All sales are final, with no expressed or implied warrantees or guarantees.
-Unless otherwise stated, all items are fully tested and determined to be fully functional or as described above. We will not issue refunds (whole or partial) or accept returned items.
