Factory sealed, never opened. Very hard to find.

The Gak inside has dried after so many years.
Never removed from the original package.

The package is in acceptable/good condition with obvious wear from storing.
The backing card has some creasing and a small hole on the surface.
The plastic blister is slightly dented.
