1. Can I get the actual photograph of the item?

   Unfortunately, it is not possible to put the actual photograph of the item. We have multiple quantities of every item which we list on a daily basis. Due to sheer number of items, it is logistically impossible to click pictures of every individual item.

   However, the picture is representative of the actual item and the item comes with a certificate so you can be assured with the quality.

2. Are the diamonds SPARKLY/ NICE?

3. How come we are so much cheaper?

   We get this question a lot and here are the reasons for that

   • We are diamond manufacturers, who cut and polish our own diamonds. We are literally from "Mines to Market". Meaning we source our own rough diamonds, cut and polish them and sell direct to the consumer. This cuts out all the middlemen.
   • No large overheads- We are a family owned 3rd generation business. We don’t have the huge corporate overheads which companies like Zales do, especially running retail stores.
   • Sharp margins- We are looking to sell cheap and in large quantities to achieve economies of scale.

   All this results in lower costs and we are merely passing on the benefits to you.

4. What is the meaning of SI-I?

   There are some of our items which have been graded as SI-I, which is basically between SI2 and I1. We get all our items graded from external independent laboratories

   Like GIA (Gemological Institute of America), they don’t have a grade called SI3. So for items which are in between the grades SI2 and I1, they give us a combination grade called SI-I. These items are 100% eye clean and on the certificate, it will show as SI (EYE CLEAN) or SI (SLIGHT INCLUSIONS).

If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. In case anything happens to the diamonds (breakage cracks etc) we will replace the stone for free. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at cost.
