Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received
Items are shipped to the address you have on file. You will be responsible for shipping fees if that address is incorrect and the item is returned to us
Small decals are shipped USPS First Class mail with option to upgrade to Ground Advantage package shipping in photo mailer
All other decals are shipped USPS Ground Advantage package shipping in photo mailer or mailing tube
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
We include both dry and wet method installation instructions with all decals. If you prefer, the following videos will also give you general instructions for each technique. There are also many more videos on YouTube detailing the various methods of decal installation.
Please note, you install your decal at your own risk
Bonehead Graphix is not responsible for any damage to substrate or decal.
If you do not feel confident about installing your decal yourself, please consult your local sign shops as most will install it for a small fee.
