AN OCTAGONAL RAJASTHANI BRUSH POT PAINTED WITH EARLY FIGURES, EARLY 20th CENT

Unusual small piece of furniture, decorated all over in polychrome with nice depictions of early Mughal figures and floral design. Hand painted with a nice bit of age.

Overall in good condition for its age, it has some wear and chips to the paint work, particularly on the edges, and some gaps/cracks from expansion consistent with age and use, although it is firm in its construction.

Size: 25.5 cm tall, 15 cm across (945 gr)
