Checkout

Please do not complete the purchase process from Ebay until you have finished your purchase in our shop. In the checkout process you can combine several auctions and thereby save shipping costs, adjust your billing and delivery address and choose the payment and shipping method.

Please note that it is no longer possible to change the delivery address at a later date, for example, or to combine it with combined shipping.

You will be billed for any shipping costs that have arisen due to a wrong address or undeliverability.

Notes or requests that you enter in the "Add message field" or "Message from the buyer field" cannot be sent to us by the system, so we are unfortunately unable to take them into account. We ask for your understanding at this point.

Try to inform us about subsequent requests via Ebay message. We will then be happy to check the status of the order and see whether we can still implement your changes.

When paying by bank transfer, please always state your Ebay name as the intended purpose!

Invoice dispatch

We will send you our invoice to your email address a few days after the goods have been dispatched. The invoice is a PDF file attached to the actual email. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the invoice in your regular e-mail inbox. If the invoice has not been sent to you after several days, please contact us via Ebay. We will then send you the invoice again as soon as possible.

Shipping

Delivery time

Ordered items, whose receipt of payment has been booked with us by 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), will be packed and dispatched by us on the same working day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. In the event of unexpected delays in our shipping process, we would inform you.

Please understand that we have to rely on the service of external companies when shipping. In some cases there may be delays in delivery that go beyond the usual delivery times. This is out of our control. We guarantee that we will hand over your ordered items to the shipping company as soon as possible and within the promised time frame.

Shipping partner

We use the DHL and Speedpak (ebay cooperation) services for delivery.

Shipping

We send the majority of our products free of charge. Please refer to the respective Ebay auction for all details about the shipping costs.

When shipping several items, shipping discounts can usually be granted, these are also visible to you in the auctions on Ebay before you buy.

Return if you do not like it

You can of course make use of your 1-month right of withdrawal. We ask you to return your shipment promptly together with your Ebay details / Ebay name with sufficient postage. Your payment will be reimbursed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

If you have sent your goods back to us without a return notification on eBay, we will open a clarification case for the credit and thus refund your money directly. Please confirm this clarified case to end the case.

Return of defective or wrong goods

If it is a wrong delivery or damaged goods, we would ask you to contact us with photos via the Ebay messages. We will then discuss how to proceed together.

Exchange

If you would like a different color or a different model, please place the order again via our Ebay shop. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset this against the original order.

You can of course return the wrong order to us and you will be reimbursed immediately after receipt and inspection of the goods

Before buying the protective cover, please inquire about the exact model designation of your smartphone.
Some manufacturers now have model names that are confusingly similar.
Here is an example from us:

Samsung has an "A series" on the market. There is

- A3 (often called A3 2015, but the official name is A3, without the year)
- A3 2016 (A310)
- A3 2017 (A320)
- etc.

But all are called "A3" and are only differentiated in detail based on the year. 

Variants that are only called "A3" in our shop are the "A3" for the first version (from 2015)

Since the cover is quite thick, the material can be in the focus of the camera with some settings.

In the case of protective covers of similar construction, the area around the camera is often glued to the cover. With this case, this is not the case with all model variants, because according to the manufacturer, the border is very narrow, especially with newer models, so that a permanent bond without a visible adhesive edge is not possible in production. You can of course modify this as you wish, but you lose your right of cancellation / return.

As at the other corners / edges, the area around the camera protrudes slightly from the material opposite the holder for the mobile phone. This is intended by the manufacturer as impact protection for any bumps and falls, but it also means that you quickly get stuck on this edge in everyday life, e.g. when regularly pushed into a trouser pocket. This can tear off the material. So caution and mindfulness apply here, even if this point can often be reattached quickly with an adhesive (e.g. superglue).

It is a lined cover, which is covered with a thin / colored leather. Inner material: synthetic leather

The bags are packed in a timely manner for production.
It may be that the goods first have to air out a little.
The smell does not come from the leather, but from the coloring and the styrofoam insert.
Any imprints in the material caused by a rubber band will disappear over time. Only the feeding has shifted here.
You can massage the areas with your finger for a while to speed up the process, but the shell retains a massaging.

With large cell phones, the pockets have a flap on the side. So are a little different from the design than the pictures. This currently applies to the Note 8, Note 9

Please note that if you use the card compartment, the lid may no longer be able to be kept closed by the magnet. Plastic cards can also scratch the display and money cards can lose their function.
So we would rather recommend not to use the card slot or for example. for a bill.
The lid can be slightly arched towards the outer edge so that the magnets can then easily grip again.
