Fredrix canvas frame. Estate find.
A colorful unframed Homage to the 9/11 Tragedy
in New York City and incorporating an American Flag, a depiction of the Earth
and one of the Towers with a Fireball. The Earth and Fireball images are raised
with thick applications of paint. There are some angled marks to the painting
that are likely impressions from other artworks leaning against the painting,
otherwise very good condition. Unsigned.
The Acrylic measures 16” wide by 20” high by
.65” deep.
(2) Aftermath World Trade Center Archive by Joel
Meyerowitz (2006) Coffee Table Book. This book is an estate find and is in good
to fair, better than fair.
The book is very heavy and because of the
painting it cannot be shipped by MEDIA MAIL.
