The house is modelled on a classic original Tudor era house rather than a modern faux-Tudor style. Laser cut and then hand worked, assembled and painted (exterior only). The house displayed is 1/15 scale but please note that this item is made to order so if you have any specific requests for alterations to the design (including scale or the addition of basic furniture) then please message me and I will probably be able to accommodate you, though please note that changes involving an INCREASE in scale would be very complex given my equipment and would be significantly more expensive.

Please note that, as the house is made to order, it will likely be a few days before posting. This usually takes no longer than a week but if you require the house at short notice then please message me before bidding. Lastly, please do not request postal delivery, but if you live in the west midlands, Derbyshire or anywhere in between then I can likely deliver the item myself either free or for a smaller fuel payment. If you are looking for an unpainted version, different style or something completely custom made then I have other items that you may wish to take a look at.
