Small quarto, viii, 656, 40 pages, publisher's original blue cloth covered boards and in the publisher's original brown slipcase which is usually missing. Profusely illustrated throughout in black and white. There is some moderate rubbing and wear to the partially damaged slipcase. Minimal rubbing to the book itself, front hinge starting, else in good + condition.
