I generally ship via USPS Priority Mail.  There are times when shipping via Fed Ex is more economical - due to weight, size, etc - so that is the route I will take.  If I have Fed Ex shipping checked in the listing, then it WILL be shipped Fed Ex.  Otherwise, I will choose USPS Priority or Fed Ex at my discretion.  No matter the carrier, rest assured that your item will be shipped with tracking and insurance.
